Latest movement = buying opportunity?

What's going on with this stock this week? Only pertinent news I found is talk of a potential local mining ban by the Tiribi project community. Legally and economically, it doesn't seem feasible that a local ban would hold. 5-10 MM oz of GOLD in them hills. That's 10 billion+ dollars worth of reasons for the Columbian govt to convince/force the local community to play ball.

Is this the reason GLDLF stock cratered this week? If so, then this might be a back the truck moment.
