InfraCap MLP ETF (AMZA)

It looks like AMZA has long positions in the underlying securities and at least one or two short positions. Also a whole pile of long and short calls and puts. The only ROC that makes sense to me would come from sale of a long security and possibly profit on a security short sale. Not clear on the short. Could it also have been leveraged cash?

In any event, the last 4 dividends have been income only
