Are you kidding? This is the norm in the business world. He's signing a cell phone contract. I worked on a contract this summer that took 3.5 months for a measly $50k... All because the client's legal team got involved.

Use some logic here: No one wants this business deal to go thru more than JF himself. What benefit would he get from delaying this deal?
