When S1 Is filed, if ever, SP will go up, and institutional money will come in and take us straight up. Any dumb ass would know that ,so you must be a Democrat to suggest management is selling shares and that's why management isn't filing S1. Sounds like FAKE NEWS that we're all sure comes from a reliable unnamed person. Of course we have no evidence, but what the hell. Get a grip big guy. If you have no proof ,then you shouldn't make such statements. It's called B.S.
