The craziness that has broken out here feels like a warning that something bad has fallen apart with the company. What if the "takeover" was a falling-out between Sandy and Mike, and that Mike was trying to get rid of Sandy and us shareholders by buying out BKMP to return TFN to full private ownership. Most of us believe that money to start up TFN came from selling BKMP shares - billions of them - with only 20% ownership of TFN in return, supposedly due to Canadian law. But after taking that money for the start-up, TFN might realize that if the stock proce could be dropped low enough, then TFN only had to buy back the 20% for much less than the amount they got in origingal stock sales. So Sandy announced this ridiculous 10,000 to 1 divy: what if if was to protect his holdings against Garrow taking it away? Don't ever think that either of these guys is protecting the "loyal shareholders" LOL. Now supporters of BKMP are threatened and the deniers who say that BKMP will be dissolved and only the preferred shares will have value have taken over the board. I have a real bad feeling about this. I wondered right from the start of HRHR posting about why someone who could buy billions of shares would waste his time posting to a board like this - someone get Sandy on the phone and talk some sense, PLEASE!
