I have to take them at face value and believe they have a keen understanding of the liability they could potentially face if it turned out they intentionally deceived the shareholders and the general public. Additionally, if KPMG was not engaged in services on behalf of Sulja Bros., I believe, based on the current exposure/press and phone calls that KPMG has received, that their attorneys (KPMG) would have issued a Cease and Desist order/demand to Sulja Bros., demanding that they remove all reference to KPMG from their postings, IR firm site, websites, PRs, etc., IMHO

Furthermore, one of the issues you must examine is previous history of the target/subject (Sulja Bros.). And to date, I have not obtained any information that indicates that Sulja Bros. or its owners have ever engaged in criminal conduct or any other form of malfeasance. So, at this point, I am along for the ride, still conducting DD, and I don't have any reason to believe they will renege on what they have repeatedly stated in their PRs. IMHO
