A "Mike Murphy" is referenced in postings on the ACICONGLOMERATED group. Is this the same guy.
I am curious since he is claiming there will be no reverse split in that email so what authority does he hold to make that claim in the email?

Given the the share structure in the last quarterly with a potential for MASSIVE dilution because of the debt notes it would be good to know.

I can already hear the claims of the typical penny stocks claim that the debt will be dealt with - yet it never is. In partial perhaps but never enough to crush the dilution. And Yasmine is here looking for a way to make money to fund her secret product so obviously more funding will be needed.
