Fair question... Attached are the SEC Quiet Period guidelines. There appears to be a fair amount of wiggle room for companies to communicate within the QP rules. For example they could simply say were in the midst of important activities that we can’t discuss. Shareholders would take modest comfort from that. Quiet periods often kick in after an SEC filing, but I don’t recall ADXS making a recent filing that would apply.

The more dubious explanation of radio silence is they aren’t sure what to say even though they have transactions in flight. They’ve botched communications badly a couple times since June and are probably being extra cautious so they don’t make things even worse. The next official ADXS IR communique better knock Investors socks off with material information that even shorts can’t negatively spin.
