Got the papers today. Selling out to another Chinese group. Minco Silver via Fruit Holding?. For a total of 3.5 Million for all the assets. WTF?

So what does the minority shareholders get? Other than the shaft.

I got to stay away from these speculative Chinese slime-ball groups. Oh well live and learn...
