Nothing misleading at all about my post. Mitchell was CEO, he should be somewhat responsible for what his CFO is doing. He was asked to resign from his position as CEO and from the Board of Directors. I guess I am not the only one that feels that a CEO should have some idea of what his CFO is up to and what his largest shareholder is up to on a stock that thinly traded.

He was never charged with anything that I am aware of and I never stated he was. To assume he had no knowledge of it, is very naive.
