Cap... I don't know that.. I'm wondering how much legality a junior partner would have in dictating new corporate enities...thats if Bkmp IS a junior type partner... not enough clarity in the filings to know yet. And I have no knowledge about canadian corporate ownership laws, so I'm stuck there for sure. My gut feelings when comparing Bkmp, or any sub penny for that matter to a higher exchange listed stock, which has more Sec rules to comply to, is trepidation about involvement. I would like to see TFN on its own masthead in the states and not hooked to Bkmp. It doesn't feel right anymore...
