They had to shake the tree to accumulate shares so when this thing takes off that can make Market and being charged this way someone that has let's 200 million shares cannot sell and bring the price down once this takes off. They had to accumulate shares so they have shares to make Market. I have seen this before if the price goes up and nobody wants to sell and the market makers don't have shares accumulated to make Market the price will stop from going up
