IFXY is really just like some Ghost. Not there? That's why I'll buy more IFXY -- BUT ONLY at the .0003 - .0004 level tomorrow -- because it is hard to prove if anyone is really there/home at IFXY.

This is why most of the selloff occurred today.

There has NOT been a News release from or about IFXY since 2014. It is now the END of 2017.

Fake (we will see if fake) news about the IFXY CEO saying great news is coming that has yet to arrive -- caused today's selloff if you ask me. BUT I will 'take a WHALE of a chance'. BUT only at the Trip .0003 - .0004, or lower level, until I see something 'concrete'.

LAST OTC MARKET IFXY NEWS WAS ACTUALLY IN 2010:

LAST YAHOO IFXY NEWS (so long ago - NONE, ZERO!):

WHERE HAS IFXY NEWS BEEN SINCE THE BELOW 2014 REPORT? IS IFXY even there anymore? Again. .0003 Tomorrow. My opinion - after profit traders are finished.

IFXY DID NOT even check off a single box on that 10/20/2017 SEC 8k Form. https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=75910274

IT DID STATE: On October 19, 2017, Infrax Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to voluntarily deregister its common stock. Yes companies often do that when they are in negotiations and don't want the LEGAL need to report everything. LET's see if for real -- or just a ploy... Let them surprise me. But at the Trip 3 or 4 level.

DEFINITION from Wikipedia: Form 8-K is a very broad form used to notify investors in United States public companies of specified events that may be important to shareholders or the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. This is one of the most common types of forms filed with the SEC. After a significant event like bankruptcy or departure of a CEO, a public company generally must file a Current Report on Form 8-K within four business days to provide an update to previously filed quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and/or Annual Reports on Form 10-K. Form 8-K is required to be filed by public companies with the SEC pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. For a list of events that would trigger a Form 8-K to be filed, see the Official SEC Form 8-K Summary, briefly below, and this fully annotated Form 8-K, which contains links to all rules and SEC guidance applicable to the form.
