There is NO mystery here. Recall, the 7 to 8.5 billion outstanding share increase over the past 2+ years, was entirely planned. It's in the filings. In fact, almost 2 years, 1 month to the date, the company raised the AS from 1,250,000,000 to 10,000,000,000. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=135549345
As pointed out earlier today, IHSI has traded only 207 million shares since the transfer agent validated the last share count of 8.5 billion on September 28, 2017. That means there are ~6.25 billion shares left to be traded after the recent AS increase to 15 billion.
So again, how long did it take IHSI to trade 7 billion shares?
Catching my drift? Selling THAT many shares will take time. Lots of time. So when the OLD PLAN no longer works...
It's time for the company to come up with another plan of attack if it plans to pawn shares off onto retail. That plan is to finally let IHSI run, and like most other stocks, dilute on the downtick (after the stock has peaked and had its run)!
