Interesting, the buyout offer is for $10.25 while NEOS back in 2015 hit $27. I think the cold hard reality for us is that if there were an unsolicited offer for ADXS tomorrow at $15 it would almost certainly go through in a heartbeat. Has our management been able to build value in the stock otherwise? No, 75% erosion of shareholder value over four years of the $200+ million investors poured into the company. I hope we see a buyout soon, because it doesn't feel good subsidizing a terrible management team with shareholder dollars to pay high salaries for abysmal performance. I think Lombardo has been made "Interim CEO" for the foreseeable future by design, because there will be no permanent CEO at ADXS ever again as the company will be soon sold.
