Why? What tool would you use to measure CPU busy/idle? If you
look at view columns in the task manager process display, what
does it look like? How about the VMS SHOW PROCESS command?

If one of my users has an anomaly with one of my products, I look into it. And do my best to figure out what the problem is. Of course I have a variety of tools to analyze and diagnose problems. I don't tell them that it's just nonsense. Because
that's insulting someone that's potentially doing me a great
service in identifying a problem with my product. In fact large
corporations and even open source organizations spend a lot of
money on product defect issues.

At any rate, you're getting your Conroe soon and I'll be happy
to walk you through doing a build. And then you can see for
yourself.
