your post may explain the US connection... being on the US otc/pinks exchange... It may be as simple as Bkmp 20% represents the american financial bridge arrangement including american exchanges and Loan financing, etc. Thus the american address to do business. This american info was in a Bkmp filing in the past, but rather cryptically. This is my theory, sounds as good as any....
