thats a big assumption. Diluters usually print big blocks at avg price sold at end of day or sometimes during the day when they finish a big block. the T trade for 15M .000525 and 30M .00581 right before close are dilution blocks. Those 45m shares were sold in smaller trades to the day. Diluters sold 45m of 55m actual volume for the day. 45M of the 100M total shares showing are DOUBLE PRINTS(not actual volume)
