your math is off. first off not all of the convertibles have a .0005 ceiling. some are at 60 or 70 percent. so neither you or I knows where the conversions came from. but we will just use .0005 cause it cant get any cheaper.

35 million x .0005 = $17,500.

I know you keep posting .00005 but heres a copy paste from the filing below.

Beginning on the six-month anniversary of the note the conversion price shall have ceiling of $0.0005
