That staement just confimred that whatever Ruffus is doing is legitamate and legal. This supposedly Doctor seems very upset about his outsting and is trying to savatage CSHD in any way he can.

If this was illegal what RPH was doing the Doctor would have been talking with attorneys and if he was talking with attorneys, I'm sure they would tell the Doctor to shut his trap and not be all over a public msg board.
