the note holder made a lot of money off the conversion when it completed Monday so he probably owns zero shares and took the money to the bank

its now a free market play on the stock - if the buyers are holding out for long term big gains the trend in price momentum will incrementally go up as there are no more new shares to deter a PPS gain like the last 2 weeks - that is the theory going forwards - what will happen depends on the emotions of the traders now
