Look at the timing. The merger with Munzee is complete, the "D" is soon coming off, and the 10-Q is expected mid-November. The Munzee game is profitable and brings in millions of dollars in revenue (it was in Freeze Tag’s 8-K from 7/31).

IMO, the PPS will go much higher.
