Understood. But how, better yet why, would anyone look at the situation of the "spin-out" ibx company, understand they only have $7 million in cash, look at the burn rate, the outsourcing and the road ahead and draw a conclusion that "they shouldn't run out of cash"?

Better question is how much will mhtx's 29% stake in ibx be diluted going forward.
