yep if they have a deal with a big company the VC's will want to have a stake in Epgl.
And yep there are so many ways to make business that sometimes we dont even suspect them at all or understand everything.

the fact there are changes in the shares structure and the fact they are updated incites me to think something is preparing, something not bad like some think. in the context of the deal(s) it is normal that shares structure changes.

how many otc stocks have their shares structure updated ?

if epgl asked for the updating it is for reassure the big new investors the time of negotiations. Or maybe the big investors asked themselves for because the deal was done and want transparency. or.....

who knows ? but I feel it is not bad. imo.
