sim2010, with the IFXY CEO History...

Yes, I do. The CEO has some negative history of indictments, but he wasn't charged for anything from where I had seen as of late (June of 2012). If he was, then he would have to wait 5 years per SEC rules before ever becoming an Officer again in any public company. People will buy a stock for the good that exists in a stock and not because of the bad. I'm not here because of the CEO's bad reputation. Also, within OTC Markets, the word "Acting" is by his name and positions which leads me to think that we could be seeing a new name to replace him:

I'm here because of the good that exists for the potential growth in its operations. I am a forgiving man as the market is a forgiving entity. If he delivers the right news of substance here with IFXY... then the past won't matter.

I know plenty of stocks (major market and OTC market) that had CEOs with far worse history and some had even done some jail time. To "compare and contrast"... go research MCOA and MJNA and see how lemons were turned into lemonade led by the one gentleman that is now the CEO of MCOA that had a way worse record than what the IFXY CEO has. He changed for the better. He was instrumental in MCOA going from the .0004/5s per share ranges to hitting .18+ per share all after he had an established a negative record. He was also instrumental with MJNA trading up to the .40+ to .60 per share ranges from some much lower levels all after he had establish such negative record. These thoughts can be confirmed from the post below:

IFXY will be judged on the merits of its positive substance of achievements that it delivers to the market and not on anything in the past.

Having a relationship and agreement with a company that's worth over $3 Billion is a huge indicator that something huge "might" be going on. Or at least... respectfully... I'm fine with taking this risk.
