Well, you answered a huge amount of the question already(dilution). This drug will cost a lot too Inmed to bring through clinical trails. A big company coming in now will have access to dispersing this drug and production. This will strengthen Inmeds’ credibility and deliver well needed funds to make this company a big player with a couple of drugs coming out of the pipeline. The company can only bring one out at a time... why not have two strongly going through the pipeline at once? Biosynthesis will only grow on the results 075 & 085 bring. Inmed will be self funding company soon we hope... but a logical sell-off of an amazing formula that they seem to have “locked in” seems a very good move.
