Ever think that maybe testing is completed for the DOE and they are doing additional tests for clients? Ever think that maybe they have the plant running for clients visiting? Ever think that the UoW want additional tests? Ever think that Kiewit are testing changes to the process as they prepare for commercial design? Ever think that they are actually testing different coals? Ever think that there are a 1000 reasons why or (if) they are still doing tests?

Above seems more plausible to me than claiming Aiden lied or missed deadlines..... cos i am sure he has better things to do than concern himself with postings like that.
