Many companies announce future Name, Symbol or capital restructuring plans before corporate actions are approved by FINRA. One such instance is the "Other Company" mentioned frequently.

Subject to FINRA approval the Company will reflect the new business combination by changing its name to JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. and seeking a new symbol.
