Kern County, Bakersfield, Tehachapi, Taft and Ridgecrest -- have also chosen to prohibit commercial cannabis activity. AGAIN, there are OTHER cities in KERN County that allow grows etc

So, the onus is on MCIG to divulge the exact location of the land.
there NO onus on them to divulge anything regarding the transaction If i was the owner i woundnt want any of my personal information out there !! btw- this coming from a guy that wont lets grow or dispensary in his neighborhood !!

It's their responsibility to shareholders, right? are you a shareholder as of the day they announced the deal?
