Cash shell Matisse Holdings has terminated acquisition talks with iPoint-media saying that it would continue to search for other investments.

The group, which announced in April that it has signed non-binding Heads of Agreement for the acquisition, said iPoint has been unable to meet the conditions imposed by Matisse.

"Negotiations have, therefore, been terminated and the directors of Matisse will continue to pursue other potential acquisitions," said the group in a company statement today.
