Yes...appears that a base is indeed forming...any buying at the close today would have taken it above .002. So, both yesterday & todays showing green trades.

Best case scenario is that mkt. beginning to smell good progress. You wouldn't know it by the lack of chatter here as was the case in July/August. People evidently like to ride roller coasters more than help maintain them.
