Those guys don't not care if it's a scam company. Most companies on the OTC are scam companies that exist to sell stock. These guys just see a stock at .0001 that hasn't moved in a while and they bought in and are hoping for a little run. If they sell at .0002 many will double their money provided they bought in at .0001. There re others who bought in a good bit higher a while back. They're hoping for a bigger run.
This thing isn't going to run though. Insiders haven't made money in a long time so they are looking to sell. All those toxic financiers and so on paid in shares as was mentioned in that article you linked us to, they want to sell the shares they have. There are billions of shares outstanding and people for the most part want to get rid of those shares. A lot bought in or were paid with stock when it was going for a much higher price. No doubt they hope the price goes up, but it's languished at .0001 for so long a lot of people just want to cut their losses and put their money in something that might make money. That's why we are seeing all this volume but the price isn't moving. The resistance at .0002 will be even worse. Most of these guys who bough in at .0001 are going to try to sell everything they have at .0002 if it gets there because they know this dog is going nowhere and they'd be lucky as could be to double their money. Others will be cutting their losses at .0002 because it's a heck of a lot better than .0001.
Nobody thinks this company is going anywhere expcept perhaps some complete suckers, newbie traders maybe. Anybody who does any due dilligence will easily figure out that this is a worthless company of scammers that is never going anywhere, and if they don't then they deserve what they get, bless their hearts (and I say that in the Southern way).
