I suppose that phrase "Struck / Defunct / Deregistered" next to the trust on the offshore source means that the trust no longer exists? I've held offshore accounts for legitimate reasons. It can be a smart maneuver for certain scenarios.

Also, they had voted on the R/S over a year ago. If I was this close to the minimum OTCQB requirements, I wouldn't want to take a chance that market forces would drive the sp under .01. I would want to hold onto that R/S option until I was in the clear. I'm not speaking for them, that's just imo.
