Your stmt is total BS. Your the one that needs a new CPA. Unless a tax deferred acct, which you didn't stipulate, you pay tax on every dollar you make whether it's capital gains or dividends or any distribution.

Seriously, don't make these kinds of pronouncements. It's BS.
