SANP is going to make air-conditioned pods filled with mining equipment. There will also probably be placement of said pods in lower electricity states or areas where solar panels can be installed and effectively bring down electricity costs of cooling and powering the mining equipment. Nevada does not tax bitcoins but I see operations expanding in other jurisdictions like Washington that has cheap electricity costs. They will need to buy many more S9 for bitcoin and other hardware for other alternative currencies to remain profitable outside of their existing "pooling" capacity in China.

You will see other Chinese-based pools or private miners leave China and go into the US in 2018-2019, and other areas, IMO.
