Consider the revenue...Sulja negotiated a deal, which includes land, to build a 280 room hotel for just under a cool 7 mil.
While "the Donald", on the other hand is building what is refered to as the largest resort hotel , including residences...number of rooms between 600 and 700...I would have to recheck. He got a deal. 600M! The one that Sulja is building is going to have to be the most lavish resort/spa/hotel/getaway that the UAE has ever seen, for what they are spending!
