On 8/28/17 he updated shareholders and included this tidbit of info.

"As part of overall debt reduction, we previously had a debt settlement in February 2017 which was settled through a court approved 3a10, and those shares are already out and in the market. "

Shouldn't that info have been disclosed to shareholders sooner than 6 months after it occurred?
I could find no info on that court case. Maybe someone else can.
