Illegal stuff is done on the OTC all the time. I have been in stocks where insiders sold out the day before a reverse split is announced. Happens all the time.

We know there is a harvest and so far I cannot think of any other reason they wouldn't be putting pics and videos out pumping the price unless it was to buy the float on the cheap...I am open to other possibilities but have not heard any other reasonable explanations.

As for shares issued, they had to be by SEC rule since the pps and O/S could not cover the outstanding convertible debt.

If this is what is happening, it is only a matter of time before we get the news we want and the pps moves up...There is a strategy going on here and we just don't know what it is yet.
