The stock is likely a pump and dump. If you go to the beginning messages of this board you'll see the research that was done. Essentially this company has no operations and insiders have warrants that convert in $0.15-$0.30pps CAD range (meaning they're up ~1,000% on their shares).

Suggest saving your money for something else.
