Does it makes sense that the company maybe letting the price fall on purpose to accumulate more of the float for themselves. They own 65% and they know what is coming in regards to the harvest and purchase orders and such. Perhaps that is a strategy they are executing. Does that make sense?

(Let's assume there is a harvest so this can be productive)
