2) New and have little if any investing knowledge.

Truth, DD and market awareness are vital in small market plays. Many are on the ledge and either don't care or don't know what will happen. Your input can continue to make a difference in letting them make reasoned investment decisions by setting the record straight.
What was touted by all those in the above 3 groups is no more. You have confirmed the AISS deal is dead and CSHD has no rights to any work GA or your patents may provide. CSHD can claim no value in AISS, yet they act like it is still there. There is no other JV that anyone is able to confirm is successful or even operational. The bond deals have heavy burdens on CHSD, which they may or may not have defaulted on 2-3 weeks ago. Only the money they obtained from dilution of at least 11 million shares pulled them through.
They are not going to want to part with any more money they diluted. There is retirement to a horse farm that is in the plans. Such will occur.
Keep posting to set the record straight. It is your choice to issue a PR, which may well serve you in the short term and long run as this plays out to it's obvious end.
