I just talked with an etrade rep and I dont know how true this is, but he says even though the name and ticker change is effective, they still have "not received the new shares from the company to update existing holders of dolv." I asked him what is a reasonable amount of time to wait and he said with major markets its usually same day but with "penny stocks it could take days even weeks for the new shares to be received."
