Waiting still on the UMS Ch.11 to complete, should be this month. The answer to all of this lies within the Ch.11 case being finalized according to one person who is supposedly in the know.

SEC has begun litigation to revoke TALK's registration for failure to file, reasons why they shouldn't be revoked are due tomorrow Oct 26th, still there will be a prehearing conference on Dec 8th to talk to the SEC ALJ.

TALK is trading on the Grey Market and there has been 96,318,497 shares traded at .0001 since the suspension was lifted.

Whether some miracle for TALK or some unknown variable occurs is yet to be seen.

As it stands it looks to be going out like all the other share selling operations that get revoked for failure to file.
