So, the deal isn't dead if Nov 1 passes even though the LOI says it is? Frankie knew the deal was dead and when confronted with the e-mails from Canoe he said that nothing is true until released by PR. Now he says even if we pass Nov 1 doesn't mean deal is dead. In other words, don't sell any shares till I have more time to dump. Just believe in my BS even though the e-mails proved to be correct. There will be no deal. POS liar.
