"We are in the process of drafting definitive documents (purchase agreement, employment agreements for key management, etc.). We are scheduled to close by Oct. 27th the latest as we want to have consolidated financials reflected on our books for 10K and yes we will file an 8K. We are in the process of interviewing IR groups that will share our news globally, should have in place within 2 weeks."

News tomorrow, possibly? If not, people better load or else a lot will miss the next inevitable run!
