Wyoming is best for scams, then Nevada

If you have a good scam plan, you can get an already trading scam for about 5 to 10% of the shares. Hope they are WY or NV but simply redomicile if not.

The reason WYOMING is so good is that it is almost impossible for shareholders to sue you under their laws. Nevada is not far behind. Read up on the "Business Judgement Rule"

Oh....and AZFL is just a scam.
