So, nobody got paid. Take the 35M "sale"; whoever sold 35M shares today - individual, insider, pumper, dumper, whoever - walked away with $24,150.00. When you "sell" you get compensated in exchange for what you sold, in this case 35M shares of NSAV...or you can say you got paid, $24,150 an agreed upon price. Who put forth that money? Somebody did - individual, insider, pumper, dumper...somebody. Somebody still owns 35M shares of NSAV, at a cheaper price than the closing price. In fact, some of those 35M may be in my pocket. If it becomes attractively low, buy it - if it then becomes attractively high, sell it.
