there is certainly some merit to the otc short report ive seen it referred to many times elsewhere.for instance ive added all volume days this month fdbl and volume is somewhere near 1.6 billion.however when end of month o/s data comes out the real volume for this month will be much less.this happened thus for the month of september i posted then weeks back we should be near 4 billion 0/s end of sept.volume data for the fdbl o/s came in under 3.4 billion.i feel there are some crazy things going on with the trading.imo
