You need to apologize to Dr. Mensah. He has as much, or more, right to post as you or me. If he got scammed then he needs to expose that. If he is part of a scam then he better turn himself in and work out an agreement to not be prosecuted in return for his help. You really are too emotional and take things too personally. Relax and apologize.
