If their share price were .25 they would be able to access about 425k of that line of credit. They can never sell lender more than 9.99% of the OS. The line of credit is total BS. Can never be fully accessed unless they DILUTE the hell out of this and get OS we'll over 100million. And by then the pps would be so low they still couldn't get it. What a joke!
